2. Subsidy Processing

We assist customers in availing central and state subsidies (PM Surya Ghar Yojana and UPNEDA) as per government guidelines. However, approval and disbursement of subsidies are subject to government policies and eligibility criteria, which may change without prior notice.

3. Payments

All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation and payment schedule. Delayed or incomplete payments may result in a pause or cancellation of service delivery.

4. Installation Timeline

While we strive to complete installations promptly, timelines may vary depending on site readiness, government approvals, weather conditions, and material availability.

5. Warranty & Maintenance

Solar panels typically come with a 25-year performance warranty and inverters with a 5–10 year manufacturer warranty. Zenithgrid Solar provides standard maintenance support as per the service agreement.

6. Liability

Zenithgrid Solar shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, regulatory delays, or third-party issues beyond our control.

7. Use of Information
